I am a licensed Marital & Family Therapist in the state of Iowa. I have a Master's degree in Human Development & Family Studies, with specialization in Marriage & Family Therapy. I have been in private practice for nearly 15 years serving the Des Moines metro area.

In person and telehealth sessions are available. 

For those that prefer the connection and experience of in person sessions, our office is located in the West Towers office building at 1200 Valley West Drive, West Des Moines, IA. There is ample parking on both sides of the building.

For those that prefer the comfort and convenience of attending therapy from their own home, telehealth sessions can easily be arranged through your client portal. It is required that you are within the state of Iowa and someplace private for your appointment.

Health savings and flex spending funds can be used for services (if applicable.) Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit/debit card. Insurance is not accepted. 

Therapy fees:

Initial session: $200

Each session after: $175

Consultation fees: 

2-person consultation (2 hours): $350

1-person consultation (90 minutes): $200

2+ person consultations (time varies): starting at $175)

All consultation fees include required documentation for referring physician.
